Team Members

Team members allow collaboration on the Dashboard and in Studio Sessions.

To invite team members from your Dashboard

  1. Select the Member menu in the top right corner of your display 
  2. The select Members on the Left
  3. Click Invite Members in the top right corner
  4. Type the associated email address
  5. Click Send Invite

Roles on SquadCast

Show Manager

Leads the session in the live recording with your participants or be with viewers for lower quality audio access.

Talent

Hosts and guests will be talking on the Stage during the session. They will be recorded but do not have any controls for the session.

Viewer

The viewers can watch and listen to the session but only communicate through chat. However, managers can move viewers to the Main Stage at any time to include them in the recording.
